Beverly's Week 1

Monday 3/30 - 318 days to
PM - gym, 1 hour cardio, weight training
Total = 75 minutes

Tuesday 3/31 - 317 days to
AM - 1st day/1wk Couch to 5K: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
Walk during lunch - 40 minutes
Total= 65 minutes

Wednesday 4/1 - 316 days to
Walk during lunch - 40 minutes
PM - gym, 1 hour cardio, weight training - 75 minutes
Total = 115 minutes

Thursday 4/2 - 315 days to
AM - 2nd day/1wk Couch to 5K: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
Walk during lunch - 40 minutes
PM - Pilates class (!!) - 60 minutes
Total = 125 minutes

Friday 4/3
- 314 days to
Walk during lunch - 40 minutes
Total = 40 minutes

Saturday 4/4
- 313 days to
AM - 2nd day/1wk Couch to 5K: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
Long walk with friend training for Avon Breast Cancer walk (?) - if so, 2 hours then decide if I do Zumba or not.
afternoon - Zumba (60 minutes cardio)
maybe weight train
Total = 75 minutes
Total for week = 520 minutes (this seems pretty high but considering I am adding 75 minutes on what I already do it makes sense).
